Service Process

Huayi Tools adopts a dual channel service model of "fast delivery of standard parts+customized development of non-standard parts". Standard parts are stocked according to commonly used specifications and respond quickly; Non standard parts are evaluated for process feasibility by the engineering team based on customer drawings or samples, and production is arranged after determining tool parameters.

1. Standard Parts Service Process

Demand Confirmation and Selection Consultation

Customers provide information on workpiece materials, plate thickness/pipe wall, thread specifications, processing equipment, etc. Huayi Tools recommends round/flat mouth types, short/long drills, and compatible specifications based on workpiece conditions. Short drills are usually used for workpieces below 2.5mm, while long drills are used for workpieces above 2.5mm.

Inquiry and quotation

The customer confirms the model, quantity, and delivery requirements. Huayi Tools provides a quotation based on specifications, quantity, packaging, and transportation methods. The quotation includes terms such as tax, freight, and delivery time.

Order/Contract Confirmation

Both parties confirm the model, quantity, price, and delivery time, sign a contract or order, and clarify the acceptance criteria and after-sales terms.

Payment

The customer shall make payment according to the contract, and Huayi Tools shall arrange for stocking or production after confirming the payment has been received.

Stocking/Production

Standard parts are stocked directly when in stock, and are produced according to the plan when out of stock. The delivery time for regular standard parts is determined based on inventory and production scheduling.

Quality Inspection and Packaging

inspects the size, appearance, hardness, and other indicators of the drill bit, using shockproof packaging, accompanied by a certificate of conformity, instructions for use, and suggestions for using hot melt paste.

Shipping and logistics

Shipping according to the agreed method, providing logistics tracking numbers, customers can track the transportation status.

Receipt and acceptance

The customer checks the model, quantity, and appearance. If there are any abnormalities, they are promptly reported and Huayi Tools cooperates to handle them.

After sales support

If customers encounter problems during use, they can provide timely feedback. Huayi Tools provides usage guidance, parameter suggestions, and quality problem handling, and assists in troubleshooting processing problems when necessary.

2. Non standard parts service process

Customized drawings/requirement communication

Customers provide drawings, samples or detailed processing requirements, and Huayi Tools understands the workpiece material, thickness, aperture, thread specifications, equipment conditions and production capacity requirements, records the requirements and clarifies the customization scope.

Technical Review

The customer cooperates to provide information such as materials, equipment, and working conditions. The Huayi Tool Engineer Team evaluates the feasibility of the process, determines the drill bit material, geometric angle, shank form, etc., and proposes alternative solutions if necessary.

Parameter determination

Both parties confirm the processing equipment, speed, feed, cooling and lubrication methods. Huayi Tools determines the specifications of the hot melt drill, hot melt paste matching, extrusion tap matching, and recommended processing parameters. When processing stainless steel, it is recommended to increase the diameter of the drill bit by 0.1mm and reduce the speed by 15% for holes larger than M6; Increase the speed of aluminum parts by 50%.

Solution and quotation

Huayi Tools provides customized solutions, quotations, and estimated delivery times.

Sample making/trial processing (optional)

The customer provides trial processing workpieces, and Huayi Tools makes samples according to confirmed parameters, cooperates with trial processing, and records feedback.

Order/Contract Confirmation

Both parties confirm the specifications, quantity, price, and delivery time, sign a contract or order, and clarify the acceptance criteria.

Payment

The customer pays according to the contract, and Huayi Tools arranges production scheduling after confirming the payment has been received.

Production and processing

are carried out using imported five axis linkage grinding centers, machining centers, CNC lathes and other equipment for processing, with process inspection and recording of key dimensions.

Quality inspection and trial processing

Inspect the size, hardness, and appearance, and conduct trial drilling verification if necessary. After passing the inspection, arrange for shipment.

Shipping and logistics

Shipping shall be carried out according to the agreed method, with logistics tracking number provided and shockproof packaging used.

Receipt and acceptance

The customer checks the model, quantity, appearance, and trial effect, and Huayi Tools cooperates to handle technical issues during acceptance and trial.

After sales technical support

If customers encounter problems during use, they can provide timely feedback. Huayi Tools provides usage guidance, parameter optimization, troubleshooting, and quality problem handling, and provides on-site or remote assistance when necessary.
